There were days where it just seemed like I couldn't get my words correctly or I was just dropping things all the time. I'm not gonna lie, I got, I got worried. It seemed like what I was doing was actually not benefiting me. And after doing a little bit more research and more reading, you're making changes with your brain. And you're going to have these days where it feels like, what am I doing this for again? Why am I doing this?

You mentioned, like, going forward. It's not just going forward. It's going forward and going backwards. And some people say that's why the clock is round, because we move ahead in cycles, we move ahead in circles. So we might have to revisit situations that we haven't learned from in order to learn from it. And this year, accepting discipline and restraining myself to manifest a change in my liking, because changing is inevitable

And I have a question for you. How do you experience reality? Is this something you completely agree with? Is this something that you believe that you have certain control over? Do you believe that in some way that reality is conceptualized by the receiver and that everything else is kind of like not I don't know how I would describe that, but what do you think about that? I like the concept of time
