Meditation technique 1- tranquil breathing

So you usually fall asleep in your meditations. But maybe on the ground right next to your bed, outside on the grass is the best way to do it. So you can deionize as well. But, yeah, learning to get comfortable, being still. And once you learn to do that with your eyes open or shut, you're going to work on tranquil breathing. And there's a lot of different breathing techniques out there

But then college, I had this one class, this movement class, where we had, like, a yoga and then ending in meditation type warm up. And my teacher always said, don't force your breathing to do anything unnatural. Just breathe naturally at the pace that you need, but just focus on it and let it ground you
