One book changed my life " Atomic Habits "

article image placeholderUploaded by @Phase_Reality
So point being, I was overweight and by overweight meaning I was very unhealthy and I wanted to work on at least getting to an average healthy weight for myself. And Atomic Habits kind of helped me structure ways to not like put myself on a diet, but allow me to structure the way that I eat, allow me to put things in place to achieve the goal that I'm ultimately trying to achieve

This book helped me get order when I was in disaorder. Although it did lead me to read many other books for enjoyment. #jmoor #BookReviewWeek #books

I really like that book. I really enjoy that book. I think it's a book that everyone should actually read. I truly believe so much that even talked about it. But, yeah, I hope you guys are having a great Saturday and hope the rest of the weekend is just magnificent for you guys

Sometimes what I do is I end up getting the audible and then I buy the actual book because I need to see the words as well. But, yeah, I appreciate you breaking it down and explaining a little bit more about it. And it made me think too. I shared on another swell about a book that really changed the way I looked at the world, and I'm curious if other folks have read it. The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Miguel Ruez

Hi. Thank you for your kind of words about my family and yeah. Everything that you were saying about how you live, like, in the extremes. I could probably also guess that you're probably a deep thinker, you probably analyze things, and it probably prevents us from doing the outlook sourcing part. And that was the problem that I had in this book. I swear I'm not like a salesperson for them. James Claire has no idea who I am

But most even if I had the hard copy, sometimes I still don't purchase the Audible version. And it's funny because it's just like you say, you can just put it on listing on the tube, which is a subway. We call it the Tube in London in the car, come home and attach to my Alexa so I can just ask her to pick it up wherever I left off. And yeah, so I'm always listening. And you can get through books real quick

At least that's how I feel when I'm able to achieve that. And this book is great, and I love how you mentioned the same thing. It's so amazing that you can put a book on and then the fact that you can even speed it up and finish a book. And there you go. Now you've just ingested all this knowledge that now you get to take and go use for yourself

And then when you go out, you're booked in the right place again. So, yeah, I'll check it out, man. Thanks a lot. Thanks for tagging me in the rest of your other swells. I will take a listen as I'm going. Cheers, man, and good to hear that you're into UFC. I'm not a huge fan. More of, you know, of course, boxing to your boxing. But I did like the show that featured UFC MMA

Oh. Is it called Navy Street with Frank Grillo? Have you seen it? It was on Netflix in the UK. It might still be on Netflix in the US. But if you let me know. Have you seen that show? If not, you'll love it. It's really cool. Anyhow, I'll catch you soon then
