Yes, shadow work is so important. I've been on a journey for the past probably three or four years working in shadow work. Carl Young my favorite quote is, until you make the unconscious conscious, it will rule your life and you will call it fate. And that's stuck with me. And it's not easy work. It takes a lot of courage and definitely with support of professional or friends and people that you can trust

Loot and I use a lot of game references, and, yeah, my hope is to talk about this kind of stuff more is pretty apparent. I come from a medical background that these troubles, these mental worrisomes, these mental anxieties, these depressions, these normal, typical, everyday lives are going to start getting not so more typical
