You're not going to be able to probably practice being with your family all the time. We all have work. We all have things to do. But if you can find a soup kitchen, even in your neighborhood, find someone who may need help. Look for an elderly person. Where I live. It snows. I want to go look for some people that I can help and be like, hey, do you have any problem shoveling your driveway?
