article image placeholderUploaded by @peeli
That 21 days where I struggled big time in my gym, going to gym and exercising regularly. But that really made the change for me last year. So I clearly, clearly feel that that is very important. By implementing these tips, you can effectively integrate habit stacking in your daily routine and make positive changes more manageable and achievable. Because many a time when we start the year, we have a lot of resolutions and discussions like what are we going to do?

You. Hi, Briti. This sounds really very interesting. And it, yes, that's right. You know, it takes about 21 days to, for a habit to set in and for us to get into that discipline. And I'm so glad that you found this habit stacking routine and the trackers, which will help you in setting up your habits. And that is great. So I hope you're having a wonderful new year. Take care. Bye

Hello Preeti, Happy New year and thank you for sharing this amazing practical swell with us because as we're starting the new year, we're already like, you know, all of us like putting up goals and then trying to build healthier habits. And I really liked this. This is the first time I'm hearing about habit stacking and rather than starting afresh new, which can be quite dating and quite difficult to stick with. Right

So when you talked about this new concept, habit stacking, I could really relate myself with that and I really felt, yes, this is something I should do it right now and I should start working on habit stacking. So thank you so much, Preeti, for coming up with such a wonderful concept. I'm looking forward to listen to your next episode to know more about habit stacking in detail. Thank you

Hello. Hi Ranjana. Thanks for hearing my swell and I hope the weekend is going on well for you. And yeah, I am in sync with what you said. Basically, the 21 day plan will always work and it's worked for me quite a bit. So this year I'm going on a rigorous mode, taking a few resolutions and sticking by it so that I can take it up at the end of the year and look at it and feel good about it

Hi Gavri, happy New Year. I wish this year is very bountiful for you with lots of dreams coming through and you surge ahead because you always think through what you're talking. So definitely this is your year to perform and to go lead and strides as such. So I wish you all the best for this year. And Gauri, as you said, habit stacking is a new concept, at least for me
