Habit stacking- series 2

There is a habit already, and you're just tacking it up with one more. So if we were to take the workday habits, I would say after finishing lunch, take a fine minute mindfulness break. I think that's really helping me a lot. And when you check your email, write down the top three priorities for the day. This is very, very critical to prioritize our work for the day as such, and before leaving the office, tidy up your workspace for five minutes

Hello. I just want to complete this because you know that this is what I have started doing. So the last bit of it is health and fitness habit. Before a meal, take a moment to express gratitude and after exercising, do five minutes of meditation or deep relaxation

And I also believe if you do something on a single stretch that will not be so much effective but in between if you take certain break and then come back and do it, that will show you a lot of impact and that becomes even more effective. I listen to the Swell podcast and it happened in a way that while I was washing dishes because my candy are occupied. So I'm listening to the playlists of all the swells, all the invitations, and then when I take a small break, I kind of respond to the swell, and then when I'm done, I go ahead and move on to the next chore and then I listen. And then that's what I was doing
