And I kind of enjoyed this part of the story as to not leading from the front, but leading from the back. So I want to ask my Svelka's friends, what are your thoughts about it and what do you feel is the sort of leadership that you would like to follow in life as well as in work? I would greatly appreciate each one of your views because mostly all of us know at some point become a leader or be in some point we lead or sometimes we take the backseat

And, you know, I think when you're leading, it can be leading from the front and taking a backseat and a mix of the two and being very generous leaders by giving space and independence to the team members so that they have their autonomy to some extent and their space and independence so that they really can bloom
