He said, well, that's great. I'm glad to hear that. And I felt better, because he was believable. He meant it. I could see it in his eyes, I could see it in his body language. And then, leaving the store, I took the cart back. Yeah, that's something I do, take the cart back. And two more employees looked at me and smiled and said, thank you, ma'am. We hope you have a great day

And then onward to the person who cut you off on the highway heading home, or onward to your kid or to your family members who may be at the house. You know what I mean? It's so easy just to keep that steamrolling. I myself am very guilty of it. But this story, to me, reminds me of the possibilities of just kind of transmuting that anger and just negative emotion into something more pure and more positive and more gen toll
