Profession and vocation
She had a captive audience and she did not let trivial things like food in her mouth bother her. I will teach kids in the school. They will all love me and their teachers and their parents will also like me. I will get angry when the kids do not do their homework but never punish them. I will give them chocolates and small gifts when they get ten out of ten in a test. But I don't. She stopped mid sentence

Hi, Payal. What a wonderful story. It's kind of an allegory of present day world where children are not able to be just children. They are able to assess the present day environment and the living and how it feels to be a child in today's world. They are able to see the behavior of the parents and the situation around how money plays an important role. And is it possible to have a vocation and a profession in the same thing that we love?

And this is something that I've always felt that a teacher who raises an entire country, who is able to transform every person's mind in the country or in her or his domain is not compensated well. I think teachers should be getting the highest salaries for the work that they do, but unfortunately, globally, it is not happening. And it is high time that somebody thought about it and gave them the pay grade that they deserve and they fairly and truly deserve

In fact, you reminded me of an incident where I met a teacher who moved to America, and then she realized that she could earn more working as a cleaner in hotels than working as a teacher in school. So that's the state of teachers all over the world, which is a very APD able stage. And yes, we must all do something about it. Thank you so much and see you around. Bye
