To make a man happy, fill his hands with work, his heart with affection, his mind with purpose, his memory with useful knowledge, his future with hope. And his stomach with food, happiness. What are your thoughts about happiness and how to obtain happiness? And what do you think about this quote?
Of course I was looking at it trying to figure out which one didn't apply to me, but I was like, at the end of the day, all of those things play into an overall sense of peace. So thanks for sharing this pretty incredible quote. I hope other people chime in so we can build the conversation around this

And but I appreciate you commenting and yeah, happiness, there's a lot of different things that can make it up, and that just, that quote just kind of grabbed me, and I'll be sharing some more as well. But thanks for your reply and I wish you all the best
