It's. Thank you. Thank you, my dear love. I appreciate it. I do feel when people give me energy, I really do. I feel when energy that comes through me is smack on. And that piece that I shared that last well was so, um so transformative. I really have felt, based on what I've been going through and being free of a man who was terribly, terribly emotionally, psychologically abusive, he was narcissistic. It was devastating. It has been devastating
