My abuser is gone, so what is next for me.

Women stay with these type of abuses because they can't find anyone better, and they can't seem to go anywhere at this point because the person that they're with is usually the one who support them financially. That time, I was supporting myself financially, but I was also supporting our family as well. But Dominic, on the other hand, was never a person to support me, and I always had to support our family, putting food on our table for us to eat

Hello, Alani. Thank you for sharing with us. I'm sorry you had to go through that, and I'm glad you were able to break free from that situation. I grew up in a home where my parents fought like that and my mom couldn't get out because there really was no place else for her to go

And like I said, the matter of living in a household where violence starts is where when you see violence happen so much, this is where usually your abusers see these kind of things and they just learn this and they learn it to use it against other people. And that's the way I see it when I study people. And it's sad and so fortunate that some of these things do occur. But I will continue to share my story with everyone, especially you and the world
