Well, I went and looked up things in the dictionary, the Marianne west dictionary Thesaurus, and it gave me a meaning of hope. The meaning it gave me could be slash hoping. And it says, to desire accomplished by expectations of fulfillment, also something hoped for, that it gives a promise for the future
