Most of the stress we deal with every day is a lot of that we have to deal with. And I'm retired. I'm at home. And that's a lonely, lonely, isolated life. So you have to always be trying to find something to do to keep yourself busy and keep yourself on track. So I do all that. I like writing. I am a writer and I spend a lot of time writing. I write, write, and I enjoy writing
