Hi Esha, welcome back to Swell and that was another amazing Swell cast. I learned a lot and looking forward to your upcoming episode and it was very thought provoking and it reminded me of Epigenetics, how we control unconsciously our physiology and reality because of our beliefs. As you mentioned the labeling, for example, we pick those words of that vocabulary from somewhere and attach ourselves with those names and we are unable to see ourselves beyond that. And because it becomes a part of our programming

Hi Taha, I completely agree with everything that you said and yeah, you're right, sometimes we end up attaching so much meaning to something so negative that it completely messes with our mind. Mind for the lack of a better word. It makes us feel the negativity that we are giving ourselves. So we end up in that negative mindset, right? That is why therapy is so important because it shows you the good side as well
