Hi. Thank you for creating this topic. It's always nice to hear your point of view, your ideas and the knowledge that you share. So my question related to psychology or counseling therapy is that what if a patient or a client develops feelings for his or her therapist? It could be romantic or platonic or an attachment. And what would be the right choice? What would be the right choice in that situation? Especially if the psychologist or counselor is also involved or they are getting attached as well?

Hi, Taha. Thank you so much for this question. It's actually a really interesting question and it got me thinking for a really long time. So, yes, treading on this is very complicated. However, it's not very uncommon to see, especially like patients or clients getting attached to their psychologist because it is a very intimate sort of relationship, right?

And the psychologist needs to understand if they are getting triggered or insecure, or they're feeling drawn towards someone, or developing romantic, sexual or anger, whatever feelings are arising, and it's interfering with therapy

And that is something that I truly believe, which is why I also personally do get therapy for my own issues. So that does not come in the way of me treating people. So, yeah, really glad that you brought all of these points forward and I'm looking forward to having more of these conversations

So, for example, if you might not be able to get a clear idea, you may have heard of people talking about Twin Flames and soul mates and all that. I believe that there is truth in it. But I also feel that talking about these things, it can take you away from the reality of life. For example, the numbers and all those little coincidences we feel and we start getting superstitious about it

So while spirituality and faith and everything is very important for some people, it can be if it's harmful to people, if it's harming yourself or others, that is your cue to stop. That is your cue to sit with it, to assess it and to tone it down a little bit or get help. Because you cannot be harming people. You cannot be harming yourself in the process. That is the most important and the most basic thing like whatever you chose is to believe

Firstly, I would like to thank you for coming up with this particular topic. Psychology is one of the subject or it's a field which fascinated me for a long time. So my question regarding psychologists firstly, I wanted to know, with the help of psychology, how one can understand other person's feelings and how one can understand their mindset. And second thing is, what is the power of psychology? When we read books on positive attitude, never giving up attitude, believing yourself

I don't think it has anything to do with Positivity, because not everything is positive, and that is okay. I think that is the main thing that our field tries to inculcate in people that, okay, this thing has happened, and you're feeling very low, you're feeling very sad. So, you know, most people will, like, think positively. You need to look at the bright side. But psychology doesn't say so. Psychology wants you to feel all the emotions
