Psychology - Why do we think the way that we do? Cognitive Distortions

This is when you end up looking at things as if it's the end of the world. You may go to an extreme which may lead to you feeling anxious and that's never healthy. For example, saying something like it's the end of the world when you fail a test. To overcome this, we need to carefully sit with our thoughts and fears and assess the situation. What is the best and worst case scenario here

Hi Shaw. This particular has been even better than your last one. I actually listened to this twice because I felt it was that informative and the first cognitive distortion to statement was very much relatable for me. But I think it will be relatable to almost everybody. And this topic cognitive behavior has always been intriguing for me

Hi Abhishek, thank you so much for responding and I'm glad this information helped you in some way and you found it useful. So when we talk about cognitive distortions, it can be a mix of both the things that you mentioned
