Can sleeping through the day instead of nighttime be healthy?

Because personally, for me, I naturally gravitate towards staying awake at night and sleeping for a portion of the day. During nighttime, I'm more alert, more energetic, more productive, and I'm able to absorb information better as well. I get most of my work done best at nighttime. Meanwhile, during the day, even if I've slept adequately, I don't have as much energy, and it just doesn't come naturally to me the way working at night does

So it's a habit I can't escape. I need to unwind between twelve and two, which is exactly what I'm doing right now. Ah, so yeah, that's my day. And but like I said, I stress. I do not believe in killing the night after two. Two is my deadline. All right, bye

Whereas when it's day, nighttime and I've had my sleep and everything, ideally I get six to 8 hours. It's not like I'm in an insomniac for sure, I just sleep early in the morning and I wake up by afternoon. So by the time it's night I get more active and that is when I'm able to complete most of my tasks really well

Hi Shah, thank you so much for sharing this topic. It's quite informative, definitely. Our circadian rhythm plays a huge role in balancing our hormones that are required to perform well in our daily routine in general. But that's for the 90% of the people because we are wired like that. But there are some people that have flexible genes. Maybe their neuroplasticity is different and their body block adjusts and somehow it doesn't affect them

That is why it makes me wonder whether this is even supposed to happen, I guess. But, yes, I feel like it's because as individuals, long ago, we discovered that, okay, we have daylight for a few hours, and then we have the sun goes down and it's darkness everywhere. So it just made sense to do all the work when we had light available readily. And the rest of the time it made sense to sleep because you couldn't do anything else

And I think this is what works best for me. And I guess it's okay until you're getting five to 6 hours of solid sleep, I guess it's all right. Of course, the recommended amount of sleep is seven to 8 hours per day, but I don't think that's very practical all the time. But yeah, I mean, I do take part naps. If I'm feeling really tired, I do that, and that helps

Hi, Aishani. Thank you so much for responding and actually validating what I was saying, because I completely relate to everything that you mentioned over here entire school life. Even my school used to start at nine, and we had to be in school by 830, quarter to nine. So for me, also, I had to wake up at six and just get ready and everything. And my brain would not work that early in the morning. And honestly, it still doesn't
