Lent Season: Ash Wednesday
Hey, swell. Today is Ash Wednesday for all those Catholics out there. I just wanted to ask what are you giving no, what are you giving up or what are you implementing into your routine? Like implementing meditation, prayer, more reading. Just very curious. I myself haven't decided. I guess I need to think about that. But I'll definitely update you guys

So if you're volunteering somewhere, you're sacrificing your time that you normally would be doing something else for yourself, possibly, and you're sacrificing your time to volunteer for others. And then there's a positive aspect to it
