When you're lifting out for the first time, you need to have some energy. And you won't have energy. You won't have any amount of see left in your body if you are so obsessed about being lean, because being lean is associated with the eating less and that's not the right approach. Hey, Bert. Thank you so much for the suggestion. I was really confused as to how to start with this entire diet gym thing, so I think this is a very good advice, and I try following it and probably try gaining a lot more weight next time. So thank you so much
