Sweating is so beneficial and feels oh so good

Water is what it utilizes to push everything out. So having water in our lives daily is very important, which a lot of us, we already know. This water is so beneficial, it comprises more than 70% of our bodies. We need it. So our lymphatic system thrives on having the fluid to push and clear out anything that shouldn't be there. So hence, sweating is awesome because you get an extra boost to push all that out, push everything to the surface

So it's good to know that when I was experiencing that a couple of weeks back, it was hard for me to do much. Definitely working out was not an option because it was in my underarm and it was just one side, so it wasn't super severe, but it was very painful for like, two, two and a half days. And I found out that it can happen pretty commonly, unfortunately. But it's good to know that the water and the sweating is what helped
