And sometimes there's an inclination to kind of want people to do things their way or even force them to in some cases. And Type B is more of more of a supervisory role. Usually hands off, but they might jump into if things are if things are getting a bit difficult or show an employee how to do something properly. Yeah, I intend to be an entrepreneur by temperament. I'm type B? Certainly. It's not to say I'm passive. I'm far from that

Yeah. To follow up what I was saying earlier. Yeah. My style in business, I think it'll be like my style in life, which is that there are certain principles that people not violate, but as much as is reasonable, I like people to do their best work as they determine it. I might give a template, something like that. Not to say I wouldn't be involved, but I'd be hands off
