Well, I guess I could use some advice about insomnia, if you have any advice on that. But yeah, it doesn't happen too much. It happened a lot more when I was younger, but I think a lot of that had to do with diet, and I was a bit overweight. I'm a little overweight now, but it was causing some issues with my feet and such years ago, so yeah, I definitely appreciate that. Any advice on insomnia?
