I'm holding this book in my hand and I have completed it long back. I mark something in every book. I like everyone, I make notes of it. A quote that I had marked, and I would like to tell everyone is the attempt to move, move away from pain, to protect oneself from all harm can only backfire. Trying to eliminate pain only increases your sensitivity to suffering rather than elevating your suffering. Please make a note of it
