Ep: 1 - Birthing and holding space for the parent in us

article image placeholderUploaded by @ourinnerparent
This rebirth can be a lonely passage at every stage of our children's lives, and most of us go through this silently for fear of judgment, shame and guilt. This trouble could apply to every parent regardless of how well we eased into and adjusted to parenthood. I remember feeling like the only accepted emotions were immense gratitude, joy, excitement and positivity. Of course, we feel all of that as our babies are a bundle of joy and most of us wait years before we manifest this dream

This is a journey, and we are holding space not only for us, but also for our children where both of us are actually growing hand in hand as we age and they are becoming adults. Thank you for this insight, and I'm looking forward to hearing more on this topic. Thank you. It

Hi, Mariam. Thank you so much for being here. And your response. I'm glad this resonated with you. And I agree that each phase of their growth looks different and impacts us as parents differently. And it's therefore important to hold space for them and ourselves along this journey. And they indeed learn from us to hold space for themselves. Thank you so much. Once again, so glad to have you here
