Sometimes your job is to cheer and lead from behind.
I'm able to just be there, be around my family, be around my son, while my wife, she's there too, but she works a day job, and she's growing this business, and they're getting to the point where she's going to have to consider quitting her day job and going into this business full time. And it took a while for me to kind of appreciate that she didn't need my help
