Look for the courage inside Not Outside Yourself

If I see someone that's doing something, if someone's walking around with the toilet paper on the back of their dress, do we let them keep walking? I will say something and we will be kind because they'll be grateful. Feedback is the breakfast of champions, and living in a feedback space is just a really great way to develop courage because every time you get that feedback, you're adjusting those sales. If you're smart enough, you're adjusting those sales

Have the courage to first fight the Battles that come from within

Some ways that I found, and in the study that we discovered together was breath work and things like cold water therapy, cold showers, or ice baths as an extreme form of that, or even intense heat, like staying in a sauna for 30 45 minutes. These intentional placing of not pleasant situations can seem like the other stressors of life just become less large, if that makes sense. Same way with going to the gym and having the discipline to do whatever your workout is

You. Thank you for your response and your engagement. You took it to the next level of conversation that's swirling around inside. And I love the pain conversation I'm sort of on. I was right there, and you just kind of, you got me right there now, and I really appreciate that part of it. And here's my a just random thoughts on your response there is for pain
