And we are going to start our conversation with him on electric vehicles. We're also going to roll into some of the climate policies in later of my swellcast. Not on this one, but this is going to be a softball into a conversation that I think our community needs to have on the shift to electric vehicle. I read one of your social media posts, and you talked about your purchase of your vehicle, and that was also very detailed. You're a very detailed guy, and I really appreciate that. Can you tell us about that? What cars do you currently own? Tell us a little bit about your garage and your car life, hashtag mycar life, and the cars that you own. And from what I see stalking you, you do take very good care of your cars

For me, when it comes to the underserved, I think helping folks to empowering them to take care of themselves and have an opportunity isn't such a bad thing. I arrived and was out of the dealer in my new Tesla within 15 minutes. And being that car guy and purchasing well over 30 cars in my life, I can tell you the fastest I've ever done that normal type of transaction at a dealer was probably 45 minutes. But normally it's three and 4 hours. And there was no pressure to buy the rim and tire package. There was no pressure to get a ceramic coat
I think in talking to friends, there are a couple issues that certainly will be resolved as the EV culture expands. But the first and foremost that I hear from a lot of friends is they don't want an EV because the government is telling them by, what is it, 2035? That that's all that's going to be sold them. And I can kind of relate to that
Um, I don't think that these vehicles are currently for every driver, but with time, I think with technology improvements and everything, it's going to be a completely different EV world

Kevin, that process, what the heck? What the heck. Now we think about the electric vehicle, but I'm going to say I, or I have noticed or an observation of, as it were, the observation is that we are in the, you know, politics and science or politics and technology of all of it, that we're not looking at the pieces

But President Biden, who is now mandating us to climate panic in the way that the politicians are doing it, I would expect that he would have, especially during this political mayhem that's about to go down. So with that said, I'm going to drop the curiosity flex here. Let's track your gasoline. Let's talk about that. How is the gasoline saving? Because once you have the vehicle, then every year you're not spending as much
And they sit in the car and they look around and to something that Sean and I think mentioned in a conversation earlier, I'm a marketing to women expert from the olden days. I actually co authored a book on marketing to women called don't think Pink. And the EV market for women has just not been tapped because women tell women. And you better believe any woman who owns an EV in non coastal states where we know there's a lot of resistance to this, that word will spread

I want to be cynical here. I want to be stubborn here. But as I move around my tables, I realize, and if you just pop open the news that we're not at a point of whether climate is good or bad or if we're burning or not, we are in a point of figuring out how to get there because our federal government had sent the mandate down. So we're now outside of choices. We are mandated
But there is somebody that I've known for years, a white man, which, interestingly enough, because he's been in the car industry for a very long time, but he got the bug, and he drank the kool Aid and realized that the women's market for cars was the untapped, incredible market for developing back before evs. And so then he discovered evs, and he's, like, running around. He's like an ambassador for it, running around
