We were not great before COVID when it comes to service, because before COVID it was not anybody's department. And that's the experience that I find. So this piece here of how to interact with ourselves and our customers is, and everybody's a customer, our families is a customer. Give them some service there. How we interact is crucial right now. Complete breakdown I'm seeing in my community. And this idea that it isn't my department is coming back
