I am a business consultant coach in the customer service industry, where I help businesses revamp their team, their people, those making sure, as you said, that you have the right people on your team and are they ready to put out the fires? We were not great before COVID when it comes to service, because before COVID it was not anybody's department. And that's the experience that I find. So this piece here of how to interact with ourselves and our customers is, and everybody's a customer, our families is a customer. Give them some service there. How we interact is crucial right now.
