And something terrible happened to me one day in church, and it was at the hands of an adult, and it was an awful, awful thing. I'm not even sure I'm ready to even talk about that yet. I think just that was it. So over the years, I've met friends and been rigidly curious and have gone to different churches and developed my own spirituality and all of that stuff.
