Change is a choice, and the mind is an incredible thing, and we focus on the choice. I am at choice, so I create an environment for success. I have an incubator for success. And it's amazing. Completely data driven. The numbers, staying very close to the data integrity here, not enough to just train our citizens, but we have to put them in a job. And you can see where some issues will arise there because most folks don't

This is wonderful. I really love listening to you talk about this and talk about your work and go in depth with it. I think it's wonderful. But he was incarcerated for ten years, and while he was in there, he learned culinary arts. When he got out, he continued to hone his craft, and he became a certified chef. And now he owns his own restaurant. I believe it's in Las Vegas. And so he is a wealthy entrepreneur that has a prison background

And our accountability for our program, which is very interesting. And check this out. It is not enough for me to train them. I have to get them in a job and I have to retain that job. So my team of heavy hitters, I love my team. And if they, you know, my team of heavy hitters, the job is to train and get a job. And that job sticks for six months. That's how we determine performance and metrics and success
