Love you and be grateful
So if you're able to get anything back of substance and even family, even friends that you haven't spoken to in a long time, it's worth speaking to say hello, good morning and if you need to love from a distance, do that as well. But always be thankful because things can always be worse. So I just want to leave that with you guys. I love you. Take care of yourself and the ones around you. God bless

So because of that, they urged everyone in my family to go every five years. And also with the breast exams, I understand that all too well. Also, I just started going to those like two years ago. You know what changed my perspective with regards to going to the doctor? I always think of it as prevention is better than cure, but early detection is better than knowing too late. And so that has helped me to calm down
