Under One Sky

One without end horizons rise without dissent outwitting our myopic eye with promise that ignites the mind to dream beyond the worldly edge the hungry child and lovers pledge high to heaven do bend their heads in hope for solace they might find under one sky the wish unspoken does transcend the plight of foe and that of friend cast up to clouds in quiet cry a prayer the ether shan't deny for all is heard. Held there to tend under one sky. Poem

This is beautiful. I also think experimenting with form, or practicing rather form is very helpful. So whenever there's some sort of restriction on the way that you say things, I think it forces you to be creative, which is the best. It generates new ideas. It gets you thinking laterally, which I think is always good if you're writing and you want to get better at writing, especially poetry. But yeah. Thank you for sharing. This is beautiful

@r.o

Thank you so much. It's quite a unique thing to have a voice note response. I'm new to the app and these are my first few swells I'm finding my way around. I'm glad you enjoyed it. And thank you for re swelling. And I'm already discovering some great poets on here. I think I like it
