I was born of uranus folk songs chimed of Chelsea mornings and Aquarian dreams I still believe when breaking bread and holding hands a fierce belief in fellow man but time has passed our hearts have closed and cast our song to sombre shadow despair she sings a lullaby to hope's once joyful throne but when I hear a guitar strum a cow bell ring a beating drum the quiet of yesteryear runs through my bones and poetry lives on
