Final tango with winter winds

The bass clef finds its curve faces forward, bare chest against the stifled meter of a sombre marching walks the music of monochrome ashen glances in a cold hall of mirrors and I, a dreary protagonist, once flushed Benedine cheeks drained of color from months of monotony bereft of equatorial rhythm of incendiary pulse fleshy rapture barefoot and pounding beneath an unbuttoned skirt it's her I summon to grapple with the staves of this icy season rip the space wide open invite her defiance with the fire, the cues the final tango with winter winds

Another day, another prompt still full of cold but felt like reading

It's really beautiful and really, I think, interesting how you've used music and the wind and maybe created a kind of maybe a play on words, I suppose, where I know some people might say there's music in the wind and you've turned it into a kind of battle. It's more of a tango, it's more of a pull and push sort of interaction. And I like that. That's expressed through musical words like the bass clef and the stays of this icy season

Hi, Jacqueline. Thanks for leaning into this and feeling the music in it. It was definitely a lot of movement. And kind of what I had in my head was this kind of movement of the seasons and the changing winds for cold to warm from slow too fast, and that parallel around the different energies that can come with that in terms of your body, your soul, your own energy. It's definitely something that I'm feeling at the moment
