So true. Guys want to age well, too, and they and they deserve to. I grew up with with a dad who who definitely did take care of himself like that. And and I realized how rare it was with, like, parents of of my friends or or with men that I've met growing up. Yeah, it's it is rare, but it is it is a kind thing to do to your body. And you guys guys, you deserve it
