Staying entertained while injured!!

article image placeholderUploaded by @Noalily
Lots of binging started Daisy Jones in the six, finished Daisy Jones in the six, started. Other shows, finished them. I've watched a lot of TV and it has been super fun up until yesterday when I realized I hadn't left the house besides going to the doctor in like four days. And my biggest adventure had been showering, which felt like a big feat to get over. So proud of myself for that one. But I feel like I am ready to do a little bit more

Just trying to keep the brain active while the body rests!

And then there's collaborative storytelling where there's a I've done this on Swell a number of times where set a scene with some sort of story characters, some action starting it, and then each person adds to the story 15 seconds at a time. And that practice is active listening and creativity and trying to keep that woven in with what people have said before. Sometimes someone gave a prompt once where they said, create a brand new fruit, and what would that look like?

So I'm really, really fascinated by these thought experiments and I really love you said this one sentence, the woman on the edge of the Big Dipper. And I really loved that, and I just was like, oh, my God, this would make a perfect children's book. So not that that is even anything that I will consider doing, but you said that and I was like, I have to write that down. So, yeah, that was a little bit of a tangent

Okay, now you've inspired me, because now I'm thinking OOH, that would be a fun one to do. Of thinking about a story around the woman whose bedroom is on the lip of the Big Dipper. So many things could be done with that. Thank you
