Surround yourself by love and support because there is so much more than hate and we can sometimes have a narrow view when we're on social media and to see all of the hate. I personally like to share and educate. So if I see a hateful comment, I like to generate post contract item or swell, for example, and share awareness. You never know who is going to see it and be impacted by it and who knows. Maybe that will be one less hateful toll in the world
