But whenever I have delivered training in the past and at the moment when I've proposed that we roll this out, I have received quite a lot of backlash for this, as if I am trying to get my team to do something incredibly unnecessary and terrible. I have been told by some members of staff that I need to support me to be on board with this as well as people in my own home life that most people now in our society is so accepting that there isn't inequality anymore
