Atleast 1student dies by suicide every months in top institutes.

Speaking about the government's plan to tackle this suicide, he said there is a counseling system in the National Education Policy 2020 for this purpose. In addition, opportunities have been carved for students extracurricular activities as a participate in clubs, community service projects, sports, et cetera. Thank you so much

Hey, Nisha. Firstly, thank you so much for pointing out one of the main issues youth of India currently facing. You really have put everything so well adding to your amazing thoughts. I would like to add that indeed, government has started taking some steps concerning the mental health of student. It's important to address the root cause as well, right? Students nowadays are bombarded with assignments and tests and whatnot. They really even get time to actually just sit and breathe

And I would just like to ask your personal opinion on the fact that I know that the minister has presented some of the ways or some of the solutions to Carter this problem. But do you think that those solutions are going to help in the long run? Because I personally believe that a lot of things that are required to charter such problems are still missing from our system. It doesn't really end up academically, it doesn't really end up with procurement activities

So they must encourage their child to share their thoughts with them freely and they shouldn't be judged by their academic failure or any other thing. So they must be ensure that they don't be judged any cost and the person should not only to listen the individual but also understand their feelings, give them support, provide them positivity and many more. I think these are the primary factors that can actually save the life. So yeah, thank you them

Yeah, knowledge will definitely help you to achieve success in life. If you study anything like a knowledge, like to gain a knowledge to understand it, then it will definitely work for it work for you. So our education policy, giving more preferences to mugging up things, learning things, rather than knowing them, rather than knowing the facts. Okay? So I think the government should change the policy. And here I also wanted to counter the burden on the students

Like the Mahari life, your problems, that kind of a thing, how do you expect them to share with you when you don't even hold them, when you make them feel invalid? We have to stop these practices and make this a better place for our youth. Because our youth is our future and we have to make sure that our future is safe

Hi, Urvashi. I think that was an excellent analysis of the situation that you did. So while kudos to Nisha for actually highlighting or bringing the problem of student suicide in the forefront, I think what you have spoken about the root causes of what actually leads to suicide by students or even at a younger age. I think that is what needs to be dealt with to start off with. Where parents need to be made aware that children should not only be judged based on their academic performance
