Mindful News Consumption in a Time of Crisis
I would say my relationship to news is nothing good is going to happen last week. I have children that aren't old enough to have their own news resources, and I also take care of my grandmother, who is from Israel and lives in my home, and I take care of, you know, I put a moratorium on news. I said, nothing good is going to happen in the next three days. We just don't need to know
