Consistency Not Found !

You. Hey guys. So today I'm going to talk about consistency. Or rather about inconsistency. Because that is something that I've been facing since a very long time. And I don't want to be regular. I mean, I have I have like reaped the benefits of consistency when very one of those rare times when I have been consistent. But I think it's a very regular fight. I don't know how people keep up and stay motivated

But if I would have time for that, I would love to do so. And apart from this, there's one thing that I know that it is going to waste my time if I do painting because I'm not going to get any profit. So I always speak lack of energy and I try to do something in which I can get energy so just try to switch to some such things and try to analyze your problems so you can solve it

So I'm sure it's a question of your desire too in terms of why are you doing it? Have a clear and honest answer within yourself and I'm sure you will find it equally interesting to know yes, this is what I wanted it and this is how things are. So you will be able to shape up being consistent once you have these elements stitched and it's completely your prerogative to be honest to yourself, nobody else would know about it also

I think one should follow that because the body will tell you what it needs and the mind will tell you what it needs. So I think it's all right, and it's just focus basically on the thing that overall, probably in a week or in a month's time, then you should look back and see how much you did. If in a week, you were able to achieve what you thought you wanted to do the whole seven days, you were able to achieve for even five days
