I wish there was a pill or something handy and something safe that I could take to sleep. I would give anything to sleep, man. But I'm unable to sleep because it's going to take a toll on my health. I know that, but still, I really hope I find out some way out soon. Well, once, keeping the phone away did work, but then it not worked today, so I don't think so that's a permanent solution
