They shop with their friends. So when you have a guest in your showroom, for instance, if you are a car salesman or whatever you sell, it is very important that you break the ice and build connection with your guests. That being said, you have to welcome them to your showroom. And by not being pushy, introduce yourself and let the guest express himself by telling you what they came to do. And then just try to know them more

And you definitely have an interesting approach on selling, and I think that it's a beautiful one.
