How natureband being outdoors can help those with disabilities and other ailments.
Some things that I've learned over the years myself, even when I was younger, when I have to say I really enjoyed more being outside and being in nature a little bit more than I do nowadays per se. Some of those ways that I found over the years going for walks for one, for myself, I found that when I go out for a walk, even around the block, like the bike trail or bike path, I found that it helps with my stress and anxiety
