Why accepting support of family is important and why it shouldn't be rejected.

I'm hey guys. Just wanted to do a little swell talking about my experiences of, you know, dealing with rejecting help from others. Particularly in the fact that, you know, I felt that even with having my level of CP, I've always just wanted to do certain things on my own, try to be as independent as possible

Wanted to talk a little about myself rejecting help from others, particularly family and how I have slowly come to accept it.

Helping love ones

Because I've been working with mental health as he allowed me to overcome and other people helped me to overcome the issues I've had. When I had a broken toe, I didn't think I would need any help either. But God, he sent my husband, my son, my grandchildren, and my clients, and they were just trying to help me along the way

@DawnColeman You are very welcome Dawn. Yes family is certainly always important.

We all have stories to share, and we should share them. And support is something that I found that I haven't always needed to accept myself or felt that I really need, because I do like to do things on my own. I do like to try tasks, and difficult ones especially. But I have found that in most cases, that I do need support from others
