Holding on to the memories that you share with family and friends and how they can help you in the future.

My grandfather Harold was a big fan of the Star Trek franchise and I have very fond memories being down there on my grandparents, whether it be on the weekends or sometimes on the weeknights. Watching even the old Star Trek series with my grandfather and also with my dad as well too, was something we kind of did as a bonding. We would also watch Star Wars as well

Wanted to share some of the memories I've had with family over the years. And how they have benefitted me.

Memories with our family and loved ones

And the first thing that came to mind was barbara Strikes in Song I had so many memories. I was just looking at pictures of my mom and dad sitting in a sitting together. My mom was sitting on my dad's lap in my grandmother's house and I think it was Christmas. And all I could think about was those memories

@DawnColeman Thank You so much Dawn for your wonderful and insightful reply. Yes families are where it is all at. Through the good times and the bad.

But I still find that families are as you said, it's where they're at. It's important to be there for families because they do do all these wonderful things for us. And yes, we may have our arguments and our hurtful words spoken. There's still so many great times, so many things that we can remember through memories that we have, through pictures that we have, through even videos that we have of family trips we've been on, things we've done together
