Hi. I totally agree with you. I think I need harsh criticism now at this point in my life. And I like how you've expressed it so well. How that? You need criticism in a good way, a good feedback. I remember when we were in the class on how to give feedback. We should start on a positive and then go to a negative. And that's how you give constructive criticism
