New Year’s Resolutions?
Spaces coming up here in a couple of days. Check me out@twitter.com. Newz debate. For more information on that, leave your New Year's resolutions for 2024. And they might show up on my show like a lot of people. I'd like to work out more, lose a little bit of weight. What about yourself?

And usually I like to go really hard in the beginning of the year, but I think taking it easy and just making little shifts and gradually just kind of feeling better, more energy, not so much of like a specific weight goal. So, yeah, that's definitely a big one for me. And then making more time for fun activities. Getting out there and being in the community, I think, is another big resolution for me. So I look forward to hearing others
